♦ History
Northern Ireland
Phone Books Ltd was established to provide first-class but cost
effective regional Phone Books. Since its launch, It has enjoyed huge
province wide success with all 13 planned editions experiencing enormous interest
in
both the advertising sales and circulation figures.
This interest is best demonstrated by the Belfast Phone book which began as a 192 page A4 book but now includes many additional pages of adverts. This growth can be explained by the real value provided to its advertisers.
♦ Production
The book is a Northern
Ireland product with all 13 phone books compiled, produced and printed
in Northern Ireland. At N.I. Phone Books Ltd., we employ our own team of
graphic
designers
in our art and design team - this ensures that we can cater
for all your advertising requirements, from a one-line insert ad to full page
colour.
We employ a team of over 50 people province wide to produce one of the most
effective forms of advertising available in Northern Ireland today. Each region
has its
own sales team to ensure that customers have easy access to a N.I. Phone Book
representative
to discuss their marketing needs at all times.
♦ Distribution
N.I. Phone Books Ltd. employs its own nationwide distribution team to ensure an
effective circulation of all 13 editions of our Phone Books.
Each subscriber also receives a copy of the guide by post.
80% of the guides are distributed to private homes. This ensures that our customers
can reach the widest possible home market for their services, as well as the
business to business trade generated through other advertisers.

guides distributed throughout the province. The distribution channels used, aside from our
own distribution team, include Banks, Credit Unions, Post Offices, Libraries,
